3 - Douala

Douala, a port city, is the economic capital of Cameroon, the main business center and largest city. It is the capital of the Littoral and the Department of Wouri. With about 2.5 million people, Douala is the largest city in Cameroon.
Located along the Atlantic Ocean, on the Gulf of Guinea, at the mouth of the river Wouri, Douala is the largest port in the country, and one of the largest in Central Africa.
The city lies on both banks of the river and there is only one bridge to cross from one bank to another.
At Douala, climate is equatorial. It's perfect for the development of mosquitoes and, as in many poor regions, malaria.
