Departure at 7:30 AM, with half opened eyes. It is necessary to return to Mandji, via the oil camps (where we shall make 2 fishing points, under escort !). If the day is rather good side Plataplo, it is very disappointing about Aphyo. Tomorrow is another day.
The evening ends in the same hotel as 3 days ago, but this time : without water then without electricity ! Icing on the cake : I learn that there are finally few chances that I obtain export permits. In brief, a day to be forgotten!
